Our Simple Mission is

The Human Learning Institute (HLI) is a global training institute based in Toronto.

HLI has been providing competency-based workplace training to organizations across sectors and disciplines, both in Canada and around the globe. Since its inception in 2007 as an organizational research body and think tank comprising post-doctoral scholars, industry-specific subject-matter experts, and community partners, it has now evolved to be an educational institution specializing in evidence-based educator development and strength-based workforce enhancement through various services and programs.

HLI is confident that its innovative approach to creating learning and education that enhance leadership effectiveness, individual and team performance, and workplace culture responds closely to the emerging needs of Adult Learning and Workplace Education.
